PageOne Remote Support – Please read all steps before starting.
1. Download the remote support program by clicking here.
2. Run the file, Click “Run”, “Ok” or “Always” if you receive a browser or ‘Security Warning’ message.
3. Upon successful installation, you will see a 9 digit ID number and a 4 digit password, please provide these to your technician at PageOne via phone or email.
4. Once the technician has these numbers they will be able to see and control your computer and help resolve your issue.
